Frankly, this kind of tasks doesn't earn you much, probably a few bucks per month. I like to do it just to pass time and when I need to get my mind off things. Sometimes, to get some ideas from the advertisements I read when clicking.

This site earns me the most money so far. Probably because I like the manual surf in this site and has been clicking whenever I have few seconds to spare. They are paying from 0.01 to 0.25 cents (or points) per each link to click from their email and links in their website. Most of them are 0.01 cent and 1 point’s email. When you’re familiar, you’ll know which email gives higher pay and click on those first before they expire. No minimum payout via PayPal but maximum is $5 every 14 days for now. They have links that I never get to finish clicking!
They have “Pay to Promote” (PTP) program where you can advertise the links in approved site (and an affiliate link can be put anywhere – click here to see mine). Now you have a better idea how you can earn? You get paid when people click on your PTP links. Each click you earned gives you credit to be converted to cash. Currently paying 0.65 per 1000 credits.
Other than cash, this site also have point system. Points earned from clicking some of the links can be converted into credits and these credits can be used to advertise your PTP links from other programs such as 1 Cent Mail, No Minimum etc (as listed below). Although the forum section stopped receiving new registrations, you can chat with other members at manual surf section. The members are kind to have given me some guidance. I’ve been working as hard on this program as on Bang The Links. Each email has links that pay you 0.02 to 0.03 cents. No points, solely cash. This site also provides a long list of links to click on. Many 0.04 cents ads and affiliate ads to click. Advertising is available at very low cost. You can redeem an affiliate page for a limited time if you managed to click at least 500 email links per month. You get paid when other members/ non-members click on your affiliate page from the site. PTP link available and you can promote at Bang The Links’ manual surf section. This site loads a bit slower than the above 2. I earned the least from this site so far. Because it loads too slowly I became lazy to click on the links. However, it has a manual surf section just like Bang The Links where I can add my PTP links in exchange for points I earned here. I used this solely to promote other PTP links. Sometimes I click on its email just to find out whether there is any useful info or recommendation of other GPT sites from the advertisements. The emails pay quite good too. I promote its PTP link at Bang The Links too. Of course this is FREE to join as well. And it has lots of links to click.

$0.01 per ad clicked (30 seconds timer) but it has very limited ads/ links for free member - about 1 to 2 ads per day. Upgraded members get more. Recently they changed to $0.005 per ad with 15 seconds timer instead. Geez, this really puts me off. Well, if you are not active clicker, consider this since it has only limited ads to click. Minimum payout is $10 via PayPal.

It decided to stopped PTP for free members. Level #0 member costs 500 points. Not much but why? Hm...I'll see whether the owners of the site change their mind soon. Otherwise it will just be another place to promote other PTC programs I joined. Too bad Bang The Links and 1 Cent Mail does not allow PTP in this site (according to Get Paid Traffic’s owner).

This is a good one. Basically you don't have to do anything, just use your computer as usual. All you have to do is download and install its program. You need to know your internet configuration to set up the program correctly otherwise you will not get money. They pay you for letting them test your internet connection - will not affect your connection or computer. At least I'm not having such problem so far. A peer (member) needs to be active to get paid. There are people commenting that McDonald pays part-timer better than this kind of site. Well, everyone has their own thoughts. I just don't mind earning money without having to do much :). 10 July 2009 - Beware of getting your IMRC account suspended for breaching the terms set by IMRC. Read the terms when you sign up. My account was terminated recently and they couldn’t even bother to inform or reply to my enquiries. Just totally cut me off and when I try to register again – they are not accepting registration from my country. I guess this is because I commented on products that I “nearly” bought. When I realised the terms and want to delete the comment, I found that I can’t delete or amend the comment anymore. Too bad…
It is a good place to earn some good money.
